Coral Genus of the Family Agariciidae.

Corals of the family Agariciidae are often unusually shaped and textured, such as the Pachyseris Rugosa which is commonly known as the "elephant skin coral" for its strange appearance. Most species demonstrate few if any visible polyps. Aside from species occuring in the Pachyseris and Leptoseris genus, very few of these corals are currently available for the aquarium trade.
