Coral Genus of the Family Mussidae.

While Pacific coral species of the family Mussidae are commonly available to the reef aquarium trade, most species found in the Atlantic are not. Many of these corals have large single polyps, making them fleshy in appearance as in the 'brain coral' (Lobophyllia Hemprichii). These corals can be easy to keep, exhibit extraordinary colors and other-worldly shapes and textures.
