Siderastrea Coral Species.

If Siderastrea corals ever become commonly available to reef tank hobbyists, it will be a fortunate change. These attractive corals, most frequently dome-shaped and covered in brightly colored, star-shaped polyps, enjoy great reputations for being virtually impossible to kill. These corals affix themselves permanently to their substrate, most often live rock, making them difficult to harvest and often unrealistic to transport.
