Finger SPS Corals

It is not hard to see why this morphology of corals has been given the common name of 'finger corals'. The thick branches and smooth texture of many of the species of this morphology are not entirely unlike fingers, often having straight branches without many splits. Digitate corals are less common than many of the morphologies, making them a desirable addition to most any SPS reef aquarium.
